Compliance Manager

Compliance Manager to join an established Fiduciary company based in Gibraltar. As the Compliance Manager you will have at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in compliance and AML. Above all you will have an inquiring mind, strong analytical skills and a desire to learn more about your chosen profession

What You Will Be Doing 

• Maintaining internal records, including client due diligence, logs and registers 

• Verification of customer KYC documents 

• Preparation of risk reviews and assessments 

• Monitoring and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies 

• Handling escalations to compliance and working closely with colleagues in other teams 

• Dealing with scheduled and ad-hoc tasks in an accurate and timely manner 

• Preparation of regulatory reporting 

• Keeping abreast of regulatory and legal developments across multiple jurisdictions to ensure the firm’s compliance framework is up to date 

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role 

• Previous role in compliance or onboarding team of GFSC regulated firm 

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience 

• Good understanding of AML legislation and regulatory obligations 

• Well organised, able to prioritise and multitask 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Strong communication and report writing skills with good attention to detail
