Compliance Manager to join an established Fiduciary company based in Gibraltar. As the Compliance Manager you will have at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in compliance and AML. Above all you will have an inquiring mind, strong analytical skills and a desire to learn more about your chosen profession

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintaining internal records, including client due diligence, logs and registersÂ
- Verification of customer KYC documentsÂ
- Preparation of risk reviews and assessmentsÂ
- Monitoring and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policiesÂ
- Handling escalations to compliance and working closely with colleagues in other teamsÂ
- Dealing with scheduled and ad-hoc tasks in an accurate and timely mannerÂ
- Preparation of regulatory reportingÂ
- Keeping abreast of regulatory and legal developments across multiple jurisdictions to ensure the firm’s compliance framework is up to dateÂ
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Previous role in compliance or onboarding team of GFSC regulated firmÂ
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant experienceÂ
- Good understanding of AML legislation and regulatory obligationsÂ
- Well organised, able to prioritise and multitaskÂ
- Good analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Strong communication and report writing skills with good attention to detailÂ
