Store Manager – Hospitality – Gibraltar 

An exciting opportunity for a career focussed and motivated Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team, delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence. This Store Manager role combines team leadership, business acumen, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced, iconic hospitality environment. 4 months’ extensive training will be provided at the Seville HQ with all expenses covered.

What You Will Be Doing: 

Leadership & People Management 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational and customer service goals 
  • Create a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and ongoing development 
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain skilled team members 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback 
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and team celebration 

Customer & Team Experience 

  • Ensure a warm, welcoming, and engaging customer experience 
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care 
  • Support staff with day-to-day coaching to build confidence and consistency 
  • Champion service excellence and drive a customer-first culture 

Business & Operations 

  • Deliver strong business results through effective operational execution 
  • Oversee inventory management, scheduling, merchandising, and store presentation 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies to meet business needs 
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, labour, and cash handling procedures 
  • Maintain efficient store routines, including opening and closing tasks 

Community & Brand Engagement 

  • Understand and respond to the needs of the local community 
  • Demonstrate and promote company values through everyday leadership 
  • Encourage team participation in local events and initiatives 

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role 

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in retail, food service, or hospitality 
  • Proven track record of developing and leading successful teams 
  • Strong financial and operational acumen with a goal-oriented approach 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environment 
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays 
  • High standards of personal integrity, professionalism, and accountability
