Booking & Events Manager to join a forward-thinking and fast-growing company, working with world class music talent and entertainers, from pop stars to rock legends and world-renowned DJs. This is a full-time role. The Booking & Events Manager will work closely with the company founder/Chairman.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing talent bookings
  • Planning and delivering performances
  • Advancing all relevant show arrangements and maintaining strong relationships with both artists, event organisers and clients
  • Daily communication with artists and event planner
  • The administrative tasks related to each show (contracts and invoices)
  • Overseeing event logistics
  • Managing client and artist requests
  • Scheduling, travel planning, hotels, production riders
  • Hospitality
  • Budgeting
  • Managing talent at the event
  • Ensuring the successful delivery of performances in a luxury environment

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Strong skills in coordinating and managing talent bookings, including contract / administration experience, riders and logistics
  • Event or concert planning and execution experience
  • Experience of music touring and production management a real advantage
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined with a proven ability to work independently and remotely
  • Comfortable in a luxury and precious environment
  • Comfortable multi-tasking across many performances simultaneously
  • Able to travel when required to events/meetings
  • Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry is a plus
  • Experience of managing a music artist and their team in a live environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field
  • An understanding of production and hospitality riders an advantage
  • Experience in a small fast-moving founder led business
  • Ability to be discreet is essential, the details of all events are strictly confidential
  • Not suitable for Monday-Friday 9am-5pm candidates, most events are at weekends and most artists are US based with time difference factors. Candidates must be able and willing to adapt to the industry and company environment
