Senior Associate – Funds Division sought for an established Fiduciary Services company based in Gibraltar. This role will be working within the licensed funds division supporting clients with administration tasks. Candidates applying can be “A” Level School leavers, Graduates with a relevant Administration related Degree or partly experience in a similar Fund admin role. Knowledge of Viewpoint software or similar would be an advantage. As the Senior Associate your primary responsibility will be to assist and support the Fund team in fund operations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assisting the Funds Operations Manager with the general administration of Gibraltar funds and related companies.
  • Supporting client and investor onboarding, including performing of KYC/AML processes and liaising with Compliance where necessary.
  • Preparing and filing statutory and regulatory documents with the GFSC and Companies House.
  • Assisting with the opening and ongoing administration of fund bank accounts.
  • Preparing board packs, drafting minutes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Liaising with clients, service providers, and regulators in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • 1–3 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in funds, company management, or fiduciary services.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Professional and client-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and/or company management.
  • Knowledge of company administration systems (Viewpoint, Monday.com, DocuSign) ideal.
  • GCSEs to include Maths and English
  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Degree educated an advantage
