Senior Pensions Administrator required for a busy commercial Financial Services office in Gibraltar. As the Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for the QROPS administration of the office daily and ensuring that all documentation and filings are in accordance with the Gibraltar regulations. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role. The role will report to the Operations Director.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day QROPS administration of the office, on the ground and in accordance with the board’s strategic direction, including any relevant general administrative tasks
- Corresponding with members, Gibraltar FSC, Gibraltar Income Tax Office and (to the extent agreed) HM Revenue & Customs
- Onboarding clients
- Dealing and working closely with our business partners
- Processing pension payments
- Taking responsibility for filing system
- Assisting with billing and fee collection
- HMRC reporting
- Taking responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the pensions and tax database
- Bank/database reconciliations
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Be familiar with all aspects of pension administration, specifically dealing with QROPS
- Proactive, with good organisational and people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
