Bilingual Finance Administrator required for a busy commercial office based in Gibraltar. The role will cover multiple operational aspects including managing a small team, controlling debtors and invoicing and payments. Experience of Spanish accounting regulations would be ideal. Strong general software knowledge, SAP and Microsoft office products is required.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a team of 6–7 staff members across the business.
- Prepare forecasting and financial projections.
- Monitor aged debtors and payments due.
- Controlled payments in coordination with Finance.
- Liaise with other relevant staff across various jurisdictions.
- Manage invoicing issues including proformas and any queries arising.
- Manage any guaranteed payments and deposits due.
- Provided weekly, daily, and monthly financial data to support business reporting.
- Control commission calculations, payments, and transfers.
- Liaised with all relevant jurisdictional managers and finance teams.
- Manage and oversee staff members using SAP and other business financial tools.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
- AAT qualified or Spanish equivalent with Masters degree.
- Previous experience within a similar finance administration role.
- Hospitality, travel or general service sector backgrounds would be an advantage.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products, excel, word etc.
- SAP would be ideal.
