Lettings Manager required for an exciting property management company based in Gibraltar. As the Lettings Manager you will lead and further develop the growing short-term and holiday rentals division. You will provide strategic leadership and oversight across the department, working closely with the existing management team to drive operational excellence, business growth and exceptional guest experiences. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and develop the short-term lettings and holiday rentals division.
  • Work alongside the existing management team to deliver the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.
  • Identify opportunities to increase occupancy, revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the continued growth of the department.
  • Analyse performance, budgets and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and people-management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and lead within a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience within the hotel, hospitality, property management or short-term rental industry.
  • IT literacy and strong administrative skills.
  • Flexibility to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the business.
  • Must be based in Gibraltar or the local area of Spain to commute.
