Immediately available interim Group Chief Finance Officer (Group CFO) with proven IPO experience — and with a permanent appointment an option for the right person — sought by a substantial and well-established international luxury hospitality group, bringing 25+ years of experience in financial leadership roles within large multinational companies. The group is a recognised leader in its market, with an award-winning portfolio of five-star hotels operated in partnership with globally renowned hospitality brands and a significant development pipeline.
The board is now preparing the group for a successful IPO, and this Group CFO position will play a leading role in that journey — building the financial infrastructure, governance and capital markets readiness required of a listed business.

It requires ACA or similar level qualification, hands-on experience reviewing consolidated group accounts, and high-level expertise in managing banking and lender relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
Applicants requiring or currently working on a visa in the UK will not be considered for this position.
