Maintenance Operative required for our clients team which is expanding and looking for a hands-on Maintenance Operative to support our property management portfolio. You’ll carry out day-to-day repairs, basic diagnostics and planned maintenance across our buildings, working safely, tidily and with minimal disruption to residents and tenants. We welcome applications from experienced multi-trade operatives as well as motivated individuals with core skills who are keen to learn—training provided.

What You Will Be Doing
- We’re looking for a proactive, “can-do” problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done and communicates clearly with residents and colleagues.
- You’ll be organised, safety-minded, comfortable using a smartphone to receive and close jobs, and happy to adapt to a varied workload.
- Ability to speak Spanish is an advantage.
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Practical experience in at least two of: basic plumbing, basic electrical (non-notifiable), carpentry, painting & decorating, tiling, minor HVAC/AC tasks.
- Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance approach.
- Good understanding of health & safety and safe working practices (PPE, risk awareness).
- Excellent customer service, time management and record-keeping.
- Comfortable using work-order apps and following job schedules.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and handle occasional urgent call-outs.
- Full, clean driving licence is an advantage.
