Team Administrator, 2 years+ experience, required to provide professional administrative and organisational support to directors and senior management. This is an important role within a busy and varied office environment and would suit an individual with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with a high level of discretion.

Team Administrator will be organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing reliable day-to-day support across the business.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and schedules.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, documents and presentations as required.
  • Organise and maintain records, files and confidential documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow up on actions where required.
  • Handle incoming communications professionally and efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external businesses, suppliers and professional contacts.
  • Assist with general office administration and the organisation of ongoing projects.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc administrative and organisational requirements.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
  • Ability to prepare professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional, discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistently professional approach.
  • Previous experience in an similar role would be an advantage.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
