What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain logic and datasets supporting RG and AML risk identification models.
- Build and optimise database objects to create reliable, auditable outputs.
- Perform analysis and validation of model outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business/compliance requirements into clear, testable data solutions.
- Investigate data quality issues and support documentation for regulated/auditable environments.
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
- Support wider database development including ETL/ELT-style processing, data transformations, and maintaining scheduled/batch jobs.Â
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Experience: Proven experience working with data, ideally within the Online Gaming or Compliance industries, including hands-on use of SQL for data processing and analysis, Excel, and other data manipulation tools, as well as experience with the SQL Server database engine.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of data analysis principles, database structures, and business processes, with the ability to interpret, validate, and test data to ensure accuracy and reliability of results..
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Nice to have: Experience in online gambling/iGaming or related domains such as compliance, payments, fraud, or risk; understanding of Responsible Gambling (RG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concepts; experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines; familiarity with cloud environments and modern data tooling; and working knowledge of Python or other common programming languages.
