What You Will Be Doing

• Affiliate Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the iGaming industry. Evaluate potential partners based on their audience reach and ability to drive quality traffic to our platform.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies to acquire new customers, increase player retention, and maximize revenue. Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate partner performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Compliance and Regulation: Stay updated on iGaming regulations in Malta and ensure that all affiliate marketing activities comply with local and international laws.
• Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most profitable campaigns and channels.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and design teams to develop compelling marketing materials and assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Negotiation: Negotiate commission structures and agreements with affiliate partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape in Malta, including knowledge of key players and trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
