Associate Director – Client Services required in the fiduciary sector to oversee the administration, governance, and operational management of corporate and trust structures. The Associate Director – Client Services will lead teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage client relationships, and drive strategic and operational excellence across the fiduciary services divison.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee fiduciary operations, including trust and company administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Act as the senior relationship manager for clients, providing expert guidance on fiduciary matters.
- Engage in client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Lead the technical review of complex fiduciary, trust, and estate accounts.
- Manage the administration of trust and agency accounts for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Manage, train, supervise, and mentor fiduciary professionals across teams.
- Set strategic direction for fiduciary operations and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal governance requirements across all fiduciary activities.
- Maintain strong control frameworks, ensuring alignment with risk, internal audit, and compliance expectations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fiduciary processes and enhance efficiency.
- Lead or support automation, process optimization, and change‑management initiatives.
- Contribute to growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing and sales efforts.
- Drive expansion of fiduciary service offerings and maintain profitability.
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Qualified STEP practitioner or similar credentials.
- Extensive fiduciary, trust, or corporate administration experience in a regulated environment.
- Regulated Individual status is in place with the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary law, trust structures, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
- High‑level analytical and technical review capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
- Experience in financial services, trust services, wealth management, or insurance.
- Proficiency in fiduciary accounting or complex trust/estate reviews.
