As a Barista, you will contribute to the success of the café by delivering an outstanding experience to customers and team members alike. You will serve as an ambassador for our client’s values and culture, bringing passion for coffee and a commitment to quality in everything you do. The Barista will thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in preparing high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service. 2 months’ training will be provided at the Seville HQ, all expenses paid.

What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items to high quality and presentation standardsÂ
- Provide an outstanding customer experience through attentiveness, warmth, and professionalismÂ
- Stay composed and positive during busy or challenging situationsÂ
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stocking throughout the caféÂ
- Follow operational procedures, including those related to cash handling, health and safety, and food hygieneÂ
- Support the opening and closing of the café, including terrace setup and inventory restockingÂ
- Monitor customer needs and café conditions to anticipate and respond effectivelyÂ
- Communicate clearly with the shift leader and colleagues to ensure smooth operationsÂ
- Assist in onboarding new team members by modelling best practices and offering constructive feedbackÂ
- Foster a welcoming environment that makes customers feel at homeÂ
