Bookkeeper – Bilingual Spanish/English required to join an established commercial Group with offices in the UK, Gibraltar and other jurisdictions throughout the world. The Bookkeeper will be AAT Level 3 or 4, or nearly qualified, with strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, invoicing and supplier relationships. It would be ideal if you have worked a similar role in a large restaurant group, bar chain or hotels. It is a hands-on role requiring a high level of attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing
- Understanding of Treasury accounting and general bookkeeping
- Manage cash balances
- High volume bank Reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Manage Suppliers
- Use Excel daily for reporting
- Use SAP and Opera software to keep information up to date
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- AAT Level 3 or 4 nearly or Qualified by Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years’ similar experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP, Opera or similar software systems is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills, @vlookups, @pivots, @ifs
