What You Will Be Doing
- Producing tenders and subcontractor management
- Cost control administration and reporting, certifications, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- Technical reports, drawings, and document control
- Control project planning (Microsoft Project (MS Project) and Oracle Primavera P6)
- Health & Safety (Risk Assessments (RA)/Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), inductions, audits)
- Be the principal contact for utilities and liaison for the local authorities
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical office with tendering experience
- Proven site Health and Safety experience
- AutoCAD and document management systems
- High level of technical English
- Gibraltar experience highly advantageous
