A dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent is required for our client, an exciting ecommerce hospitality start up, to support the transformation and the future growth of the business within the Customer Services function. Previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills are essential!

What You Will Be Doing
- Deal with customer queries through emails, calls, and online chat
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide advice, information, and solutions to all customers
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Act as a key point of contact for our delivery drivers, providing real-time support and assistance to ensure efficient and effective on-demand delivery operations.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
- Fluent in English and Basic Spanish
- Proven customer support experience
- Positive attitude and high level of commitment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
