Customer Service Agent – French Speaking required for an exciting boutique firm that provides outsourced back-office services in sales and marketing.

What You Will Be Doing
* Helping internal and external customers
* Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved
* Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
* Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
* Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload
* Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
* Attending team meetings and activities
* Taking over in the absence of the team leader
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role
* Graduation of high school or post-secondary school education
* Minimum bilingual French speaking (C2)
* Minimum of one year’s work experience
* Strong communication skills
* Knowledge of Internet related software
* Interest in iGaming/ Casinos a benefit!
