Data Reporting Analyst required to drive insights across our gaming platforms. You’ll use data visualization tools to build dashboards that track player activity, engagement, revenue, game performance, and marketing effectiveness.The Data Analyst will have a familiarity with gambling-specific metrics and compliance reporting is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Create dashboards, data extract reports, visual reports that monitor KPIs across player activity, marketing, and operations.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets and make recommendations to key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Support teams with regulatory and compliance reporting (e.g., anti-money laundering, responsible gaming).
  • Conduct data analysis on customer behaviour, lifecycle journeys, and game trends to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across compliance, product, CRM, and marketing teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to support data-driven reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights and compelling visual stories.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

  • 2–4 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role, preferably in gaming, gambling, or entertainment.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data querying from large databases.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight), especially Tableau.
  • Familiarity with metrics relevant to the gambling industry, such as ARPU, session metrics, churn, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Curious, business-minded, and proactive about finding the “why” behind the data.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • A warm, positive manner and team player.
  • Collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability
