We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and tech-savvy Recruitment Consultant with strong connections in the Dubai/UAE market. This is an exciting WFH opportunity to bring your mix of recruitment expertise, local knowledge, and a robust network of contacts and connections to help establish our new office through profitable new client relationships, filling open vacancies, and generally driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leverage your established network to generate new clients and fill open vacancies successfully

• Develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, work culture and environment

• Maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring we become their recruitment partner of choice

• Using digital technology and social platforms to headhunt, recruit, and onboard top talent across various sectors

• Negotiate contracts and terms of business with new clients

• Collaborate with the broader team to coordinate business strategy and meet the company’s business goals

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in the recruitment industry, specifically within the UAE/Dubai region

• An extensive network of contacts in the local market

• Be living, and have the right to work, in Dubai

• Strong understanding of the various job sectors in the UAE

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with using multiple digital tools and platforms for recruitment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-starter attitude, ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record in business development
