Finance Manager required by an international commercial business seeking a top-tier financial strategist to support the Finance Director (FD) on site in Gibraltar. You will have a strong technical skillset as well as a natural ability on commercial focus; intelligent reporting is a key part of the role. The Finance Manager will be a strategic partner to the FD, providing expert financial guidance and driving expert financial planning and cash management.

What you’ll be doing:
- Drive daily cash flow and treasury operations
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for FD review
- Produce in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Oversee financial planning across multiple business locations
- Support the business investment strategies with high quality financial data
- Be an active participant in strategic business meetings
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organisation
- Travel to offices as required for business meetings
- Ensure the management reporting team maintain the highest standard financial records and reporting standards
Key Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in senior financial strategy roles
- Exceptional financial planning skills
- Advanced Excel capabilities
- Demonstrative skills using accounting softwares like SAP, Oracle or Sage Line 200
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to financial team management
- Confidence to work closely with business owners, Directors and senior leadership teams
