Group Reporting Manager required for an expanding Commercial Office based in Gibraltar. As a pro-active, detail-driven Group Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for producing high quality, insightful consolidated financial reporting. The successful candidate will ideally be ACA (or ACCA) qualified with an audit training background. You will take full ownership of the reporting process, actively identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the group’s process and control environment, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

What You Will Be Doing
Quality Financial & Management Reporting:
- Deliver accurate, high-quality and timely statutory accounts for multiple subsidiaries and investment entities in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure consistency and integrity of reporting from multiple subsidiaries and investment entities across jurisdictions.
- Produce timely management accounts with insightful variance analysis, highlighting key transactions, and performance against benchmarks and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting quality, presentation, and clarity for decision-makers.
Process & Control Improvements:
- Evaluate existing reporting processes and control frameworks, identifying weaknesses and inefficiencies.
- Design and implement practical, scalable improvements to enhance data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Introduce automation and best practices to streamline consolidation, reconciliations, and reporting workflows.
- Foster a culture of accountability and strong controls across all finance operations.
Proactive Ownership & Leadership:
- Take full responsibility for the group reporting timetable, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Anticipate issues before they arise and propose workable solutions.
- Build strong relationships with the rest of the Finance team, the Investment team, external advisors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth dataflow.
- Support the CFO in strategic projects, ad-hoc analysis and any other initiatives as may be required.
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- 3-5 years’ post qualified experience in a similar group financial reporting role. (Exceptional newly qualified candidates will be considered)
- Proven experience in multi-currency consolidation and intercompany reconciliation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and present financial data.
- Experience in a family office, private wealth, or investment management environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of trust structures and philanthropic reporting (desirable).
