The Head of Technology will be responsible for the effective provision of all technology services. A pivotal role in ensuring our operations are secure, resilient and future ready, a vital role in ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You will provide technical leadership and work alongside the technical teams for the delivery and maintenance of all network and infrastructure related projects. As the Head of Technology you will be the ‘go-to-person’ for technological decisions and will be responsible for the delivery of a technical roadmap and vision.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and define the overall technology strategy incorporating all its associated processes
• Establish formal policies and frameworks to support consistent service delivery
• Sharing technological visions, opportunities, and risks company-wide
• Present proposals and progress reports to the senior leadership team
• Be an evangelist, a visionary speaker who continually study’s current and new industry trends
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage the delivery of projects
• Lead and define the technical architecture strategy and delivery, ensuring cost-effective solutions in accordance with IT risk, security & standards
• Accountable for the IT Architecture, ensuring the required levels of IT resilience are provisioned for both internal and third-party technologies
• Strong technical skills from top to bottom areas including infrastructure and security
• Accountable for ensuring technical services & technical projects are delivered in accordance with IT policies, standards & agreed SLAs
• Create and maintain technical documents and operating standards
• You will work independently and exercise reasonable discernment with little supervision while providing clear documentation of activities and accomplishments
• You will interact closely with peers and management across all functional teams
