What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the supervision and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple estates.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine maintenance issues and technical enquiries.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure works are completed efficiently.
- Monitor contractor attendance, workmanship, and compliance with site procedures.
- Carry out regular inspections of buildings, plant rooms, communal areas, and estate facilities.
- Identify maintenance requirements and report findings to management.
- Assist in planning and coordinating preventive maintenance programmes.
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
- Assist with emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance matters when required.
- Support project works, fit-outs, and improvement programmes across the portfolio.
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities management, building services, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy, with confidence using spreadsheets, databases, reporting systems, maintenance management software, and standard business applications.
- Good understanding of general building maintenance and contractor management.
- Ability to identify and assess maintenance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Full driving licence preferred.
