What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and Deliver: Oversee the design, development, and execution of high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
• Translate Vision into Action: Interpret business requirements and turn them into actionable development plans.
• Manage Projects: Drive end-to-end project management, resource allocation, and technical leadership from concept to completion.
• Build Strong Teams: Coach, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams of Product Owners, Engineers, and QA Analysts to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and innovation within your team.

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role

• Experience: Proven: generally gained over 7 years in software engineering, ideally in enterprise-scale cloud environments.
• Modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .NET, Go, CSS, HTML)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira)
• Database management (SQL Server, DB2)
• Development Practices: Continuous integration, delivery, test-driven development, and pair programming.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage complex projects and inspire teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Drives Results: Takes ownership and delivers with accountability and quality.
• Communicates Clearly: Builds trust through transparent, persuasive communication.
