Bilingual English/Spanish Sales and Lettings Agent is required by an entrepreneurial established Property Company in Gibraltar. You will have a professional and engaging personality borne out by some experience in this field. Prior experience in this sector or in the sales industry would also be beneficial. If you are sales-minded and a confidant personality, you will definitely be a great fit for this role. The Sales and Lettings Agent will be supported by the management team to quickly grasp their way through the Gibraltar Property markets and become immersed in networks that would give you the opportunity of meeting landlords and potential tenants.

What You Will Be Doing
- Strategizing where new clients could be acquired from.
- Responding to Property Gibraltar enquiries.
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of each tenant to ensure that each client has been responded to.
- Schedule viewings as required.
- Managing the online presence of the properties through our client’s new website and Property Gibraltar.
- Preparing marketing materials such as brochures and fliers to promote properties to potential renters.
- Preparing Invoices as they become due.
- Documenting and enhancing the client’s processes internally.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems.

- Fluent/Comfortable in English & Spanish.
- Experience in a Sales environment
- Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills.
- Researching and contacting potential leads.
