Senior Insurance Broker required to join an established Insurance business based in Gibraltar. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years’ experience within the Insurance sector, gained ideally within an underwriting and/or broking role, with experience across commercial lines, personal lines or both.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and guide a team of experienced Brokers.
- Provide professional insurance broking services within an established insurance business.
- Support and advise the most senior clients of the business in terms of their requirements
- Apply the highest of professional standards to clients.
- Be able to provide underwriting and/or broking experience across commercial lines, personal lines or both.
- Ability to identify areas the client requires more services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to a supportive, people-focused environment.
- Ad hoc projects that may arise.
What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- Have ideally 10 years’ plus experience of relevant insurance experience.
- Brings commercial lines and/or personal lines expertise.
- Takes pride in professional standards, client service and collaborative working.
- Management / leadership experience.
