What You Will Be Doing:
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational and customer service goalsÂ
- Create a collaborative environment that encourages accountability and ongoing developmentÂ

Customer & Team Experience

- Support staff with day-to-day coaching to build confidence and consistencyÂ

Business & Operations
- Deliver strong business results through effective operational executionÂ
- Oversee inventory management, scheduling, merchandising, and store presentationÂ
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies to meet business needsÂ
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, labour, and cash handling proceduresÂ
- Maintain efficient store routines, including opening and closing tasksÂ

- Understand and respond to the needs of the local communityÂ

What You Will Need to Succeed in This Role
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in retail, food service, or hospitalityÂ
- Proven track record of developing and leading successful teamsÂ
- Strong financial and operational acumen with a goal-oriented approachÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Ability to balance priorities in a fast-moving environmentÂ
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysÂ
